The best! Tracy does my nails so perfectly💚

I experienced significant horrible with my service. Upon requesting that stylist Lili apply rhinestones to my nails, she declined, citing a past interaction with her colleague where I allegedly expressed dissatisfaction with their work. It appears that staff members take feedback personally, here if you don’t like something, you have to keep quiet. Because they get upset Unfortunately, I will not be returning due to this experience and would not recommend this establishment to others. The sole exception was the pedicure technician, who demonstrated a positive attitude. Lili's behavior seemed unprofessional. Sounds like she have enough customers.

Tam was very good and both were very pleasant. Pedi was good but I’m extremely dissatisfied with lower leg waxing after showering this am and seeing results. Dermatologist recommended waxing rather than shaving so I let hairs grow on legs prior to a vacation. Was charged $51.50 for lower legs and had over 40 hairs on left leg and over 50 on right this am. I understand some missed hairs, however, they were not that hairy to begin with and this was a complete waste of my time and money as I had to remedy this myself by plucking the hairs this am for my trip.
