Lily was great! My nails are beautiful but the extreme upcharges is crazy! $20 for cat eye nail polish! Ive had a full set of nails done near by with extreme nail designs and jewels and I walked out paying $90 never in my life have I paid $120 for a REFILL AND french tip and one finger design
